From Post Chaos to Clarity
I started in unscripted TV post the way most people do—juggling tight deadlines, scattered notes, and way too many Slack threads. As an assistant editor, editor, and post supervisor, I saw the same breakdowns happen again and again: miscommunication, lost assets, spreadsheet overload, and late nights trying to piece it all together.
So I started building my own systems—templates, workflows, checklists—that made things run smoother. Those tools evolved into something bigger: a smarter way to work that didn’t rely on adding more people or reinventing the wheel.
